Fistikies Mediterranean Cuisine
The restaurant we dreamed of and built with a lot of love and passion, in 2018. Fisikies, pistachio trees in greek, have been traditionally cultivated in the area for over a century and still continue today.
The philosophy of our restaurant is based on the combination of the Greek gastronomic tradition with the delicacies of the Mediterranean.
Familiar but also new tastes, seeking to tantalize and excite you!
The cuisine of Chris Koskinas and his team, is characterized by the choice of excellent raw materials, with respect to the seasonality of the products. The special atmosphere of Fistikies, discreet service and the excellent value are the constant goals of our hospitality.

Chris Koskinas has proven his gastronomic skills by bringing every restaurant he has performed in, as a chef, to the top of the competition.
From 2018, in his own privately-owned restaurant,he is applying all his concentrated knowledge and skills to bring Mediterranean Cuisine to a new level, combining wonderfully Greek tradition with modern gastronomy.

Anna and Chris are certainly have been in the Hotel and Restaurant business for more than one decade, servicing demanding positions in high level enterprises. Fistikies has been a life’s dream for them.
Their restaurant has been designed under Santorini’s traditional architecture enriched with many elements, beautifully modern and meaningfully simple.

KAMARI BEACH
Location
Fistikies is located in Kamari very near to the famous beach, where Pistachio Trees (Fistikies in Greek) have been traditionally cultivated for over a century and still continue today.
250 metres (or 3 minutes of walking) according to Google maps from Kamari Beach to Fistikies.
If you drive you can choose the Northern route (800 metres from Kamari’s Church to Fistikies) and use our parking.
